Who We Are and What We Do

Pat has been a real estate broker for more than 30 Years in Longmont, CO.

She has transacted hundreds of sales and purchases with hundreds of clients.  She has won many production awards and industry awards, and earned the CRS and GRI designations.  

She has worked for Coldwell Banker, ERA Tradewind and Lokation Real Estate and is now working for herself.  She continues to serve her customers with knowledge, honesty, accuracy and caring.

She enjoys parenting, grandparenting, cooking and travel. She was a stay-at-home Mom to four children before entering the "other" workforce in real estate.

Steve has worked in broadcast television engineering and management, hardware and software development and management, in private and commercial industry and in aerospace.  He was a real estate broker, too, with his own customers and sales.  He is an avid photographer and took listing pictures for many agents.

He enjoys the same things that Pat enjoys (they have been married for 57 years), and has climbed mountains, hiked hundreds of miles, taken thousands of nature pictures, and dove many reefs.
